Shipping Policy

The Seller may choose from a variety of delivery models for delivering the purchased Product to the Buyer. The average delivery time can be between 5 to 7 days. The Seller, not the Buyer, bears the risk of any loss, damage, or deterioration of the Products during the process of delivery or transit. Seller represents and warrants that the Products being shipped are in good working order and are identical to the Products described and advertised by Seller on the Website and purchased by the Buyer, and that they conform to all descriptions and requirements given on the Website.

Before a Buyer proceeds to pay for an order, the Buyer's shipping address and pin code will be checked against the Website's database. Buyer either provide an alternative shipping address on which the Product can be shipped by the logistics service provider or by the Seller if Buyer's order is not serviceable by logistic service providers or by Seller, or if the delivery address is not located in an area covered by the order confirmation form.

Please keep in mind that no dispatch time is assured, and any information about dispatch time is just an estimation and should not be relied upon as such. As a result, the bi-partite arrangement between the Buyer and the Seller for the purchase and selling of Product on or via the Website is not time-sensitive. The Product, however, will not be shipped to the Buyer until the Buyer has made payment for the Product.

Buyer is obligated to accept delivery of Products that are claimed to be in a deliverable state that he or she has ordered. When a Buyer fails or refuses to accept delivery of Products ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer might be liable to the Seller for such non-acceptance, as well as to askusany for any loss of fees or charges that askusany and its third parties might have received from the Seller if such delivery or transaction had been completed. Buyer agrees that any damages or losses suffered by askusany or its third parties are not incidental or indirect.

The title to the Products, as well as all other rights and interests in the Products, will transfer directly from Seller to the Buyer upon delivery of the Product and full payment of the Product's price. The Buyer is considered to have approved the Products upon delivery. When the Product is delivered, the risk of loss passes to the Buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns and refunds are applicable for any manufacturing defect only
Requests for refunds or replacements must be made at the My Orders page within 7 calendar days of the product's delivery.
Returns should be coordinated through a logistics service partner for pick-up. If the logistic service partner is unable to do so, you will be notified, and you will be responsible for dispatching the product using a reputable courier in your area to the address specified in the notification.
In order to assess the validity of a complaint/return, it is subjected to verification and tests. Your product will be reviewed when you pick it up as per your claim for return/refund.
askusany would not be held liable for goods that are returned by accident. In the event that a product not belonging to the Seller or purchased through askusany is returned by accident, askusany or the Seller will not be liable for the product's misplacement or substitution, nor for its delivery back to you. In this respect, you waive any and all charges against askusany.

Cancellation of Order

Sellers may be unable to accept such orders and have the option to cancel them either directly or by instructing askusany to do so. In its absolute discretion, the seller reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason. Non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by Buyer, as well as inaccuracies or errors in pricing details, are all examples of circumstances in which Buyer's order can be cancelled. Before processing any order, the seller can request further verification or details. Buyer will have no recourse in the event of a cancellation, and neither the Seller nor askusany will be held liable.

In case the Buyer's order is cancelled by the seller, the balance will be reversed / remitted to the Buyer, either to the bank account issued by the Buyer for such reversal. askusany can choose the mode of reversal from the options mentioned above at its sole discretion. If a askusany promotional code is used to buy the Product, the money paid for that promotional code will not be refunded if the order is cancelled.

In the event that an order cancellation request is made by the Buyer, the Seller reserves the right to approve or deny the request for any reason. If Seller receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Seller may cancel the order and refund the entire amount to Buyer within a fair time frame. Orders that have already been handled by the Seller would not be able to be cancelled. Buyer decides not to challenge the Seller's decision and to support the Seller's cancellation decision.
